1. Parties

This agreement is made between:

Platform Operator: Sathi Online / MeroReservation
(hereafter “Platform”)

and

Business Owner / Vendor / Shop:
(hereafter “Partner Shop”)

Both parties agree to cooperate under the following terms:

2. Purpose

The Platform provides:

• Online shop setup

• Business listing

• Online marketing

• Customer support

• Management tools

• Ordering system

• Delivery coordination (depending on service)

The Partner Shop receives access to sell goods/services through all official channels of the Platform.

3. Activation Requirements

A business will be activated ONLY after:

1. Agreement form is submitted digitally

2. Monthly support fee is paid

3. Shop details are verified

4. Official approval from the Platform

Platform reserves the right to reject any shop if details are incomplete or invalid.

4. Monthly Platform Support Fee

The Partner Shop agrees to pay:

Monthly Support Fee: 50 PLN
(non-refundable & required for activation)

This fee covers:

• Technical support

• Shop setup & maintenance

• Listing updates

• Customer support services

• Platform availability

• Marketing management

5. Sales Processing Fee

For every order completed through the Platform:

• A Sales Processing Fee will apply 50 Plus according to Business activity 10% to 15 % 

• Per Prodcut selling Percentage 

•  

• The exact percentage or fixed rate will be mutually decided and shown in the business dashboard / invoice

This fee covers:

• Order processing system

• Customer support

• Delivery & administration work

6. Responsibilities of Partner Shop

The Partner Shop agrees to:

• Provide correct information

• Deliver genuine and legal products only

• Maintain pricing transparency

• Ensure product availability & quality

• Respond to orders and communication

Illegal or unsafe items are strictly prohibited.

7. Platform Responsibilities

The Platform will:

• Activate the shop after agreement & payment

• Maintain the shop listing

• Provide ordering system

• Give WhatsApp support number

• Provide voice message support

• Give access to upload products

• Take customer complaints and support

8. Payments & Settlement

All sales and settlement details are recorded in the system.
The Platform will issue payout schedule and transaction information.

9. Termination

The Platform may deactivate the shop if:

• Payment is not made

• Fake business information

• Legal violation

• Misuse of platform

• Repeated complaints

10. Agreement & Signature

By clicking “I Agree” on the online form and paying the fee:

The Partner Shop confirms that:

• They agree to all terms

• They request activation

• They allow the Platform to list their products/services

Digital tick and signature are legally valid.

11. Final

Both parties agree that this is a permanent and standard agreement for working together online.

Effective immediately after digital approval & payment.
