Refund Policy
“We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds will be processed to your Sathi wallet or original payment method.
Only products purchased directly from your country’s store can be refunded. Cross-country purchases are automatically blocked.
To request a refund, please contact the vendor directly via the Chat / WhatsApp system on the store page.”
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
“Orders can be cancelled or returned under the following conditions:
Order Cancellation: Possible within 24 hours of placing the order.
Returns & Exchanges: Accepted only for damaged or defective products.
Exchange requests will be processed after verification by the vendor.
All returns and exchanges must comply with vendor’s country-specific rules.
