  • For Express shipments, we request the courier to prioritize faster delivery.

  • For Economy shipments, delivery will follow the standard timeline of the courier.

  • However, any delay caused by the courier, traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances is beyond our responsibility.

  1. Customer Responsibility

  • Vendors and customers must ensure accurate address, packaging, and shipment information to avoid delays.

  • After courier pickup, monitoring delivery status is the responsibility of the vendor or customer.

  • Our platform guarantees only the facilitation of courier booking, payment, and label generation.

  • Delivery times and schedules are controlled by the courier; we cannot be held liable for delays or delivery issues.

Refund Policy

Book A Courier – Vendor & Payment Guarantee Policy (Updated)

  1. Courier Label & Pickup

  • Once the courier label is generated and the courier has picked up the shipment, our platform does not provide any guarantee for loss, damage, or delivery issues.

  • Responsibility for the shipment after pickup fully transfers to the courier company.

  1. Payment Guarantee Before Pickup

  • If the courier label has not been generated and the courier has not yet picked up the items, we guarantee the payment security for the shipment until pickup is completed.

  • Vendors and customers must ensure proper packaging, labeling, and accurate shipment details before the courier collects the items.

  1. Insurance Recommendation

  • We strongly recommend insuring valuable shipments.

  • Insurance can be purchased through this platform within 12 hours of booking.

  • For insured shipments, the insurance provider will assess and decide compensation in case of damage or loss.

  • For uninsured shipments, no claims or guarantees can be made by the platform after courier pickup.

  1. Tracking & Monitoring

  • After pickup, tracking numbers are provided.

  • Monitoring shipment status is the responsibility of the vendor or customer.

  1. Disclaimer

  • Our platform’s responsibility is limited to facilitating booking, payment, and courier label generation before pickup.

  • Once the courier picks up the shipment, all liability, delivery issues, or damages are handled by the courie

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

  1. Cancellation Before Tracking / Pickup

  • If the courier tracking number has not yet been generated, you may cancel your order at any time.

  1. Cancellation After Tracking / Within 24 Hours

  • Once the tracking number is generated, cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours after booking.

  • In such cases, a 50% refund of the courier charges will be processed.

  1. Cancellation After 24 Hours / After Courier Processing

  • After 24 hours or once the courier has started processing your shipment, cancellation is no longer possible.

  • The courier may reserve your pickup up to 3 times for collection.

  1. Failed Pickup / Exception Refund

  • If the courier is unable to pick up the shipment due to reasons like incorrect or remote address, a 100% refund of the courier charges will be issued.

  1. Disclaimer

  • Refunds are processed only for the courier service charges; the platform is not responsible for any loss or damage after pickup.

  • Vendors and customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipment information to avoid issues.

  • Support & Issue Resolution Policy

    • For any issues related to your shipment, please report exclusively through this platform.

    • Our system ensures that all online submissions are recorded, tracked, and addressed in a timely manner.

    • For courier-related matters, direct phone calls to the courier company are not permitted; all communications must go through the platform.

    • Reporting through the platform allows us to investigate, coordinate with the courier, and attempt resolution efficiently.

    • Please provide complete and accurate information when submitting an issue to help us resolve it promptly.

    • Our platform will take necessary steps based on the information received, but resolution times may vary depending on the courier’s response.
