However, any delay caused by the courier, traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances is beyond our responsibility.

Vendors and customers must ensure accurate address, packaging, and shipment information to avoid delays.
After courier pickup, monitoring delivery status is the responsibility of the vendor or customer.

Courier Label & Pickup
Once the courier label is generated and the courier has picked up the shipment, our platform does not provide any guarantee for loss, damage, or delivery issues.
Responsibility for the shipment after pickup fully transfers to the courier company.
Payment Guarantee Before Pickup
If the courier label has not been generated and the courier has not yet picked up the items, we guarantee the payment security for the shipment until pickup is completed.
Vendors and customers must ensure proper packaging, labeling, and accurate shipment details before the courier collects the items.
Insurance Recommendation
We strongly recommend insuring valuable shipments.
Insurance can be purchased through this platform within 12 hours of booking.
For insured shipments, the insurance provider will assess and decide compensation in case of damage or loss.
For uninsured shipments, no claims or guarantees can be made by the platform after courier pickup.
Tracking & Monitoring
After pickup, tracking numbers are provided.
Monitoring shipment status is the responsibility of the vendor or customer.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellation Before Tracking / Pickup
If the courier tracking number has not yet been generated, you may cancel your order at any time.
Cancellation After Tracking / Within 24 Hours
Once the tracking number is generated, cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours after booking.
In such cases, a 50% refund of the courier charges will be processed.
Cancellation After 24 Hours / After Courier Processing
After 24 hours or once the courier has started processing your shipment, cancellation is no longer possible.
The courier may reserve your pickup up to 3 times for collection.
Failed Pickup / Exception Refund
If the courier is unable to pick up the shipment due to reasons like incorrect or remote address, a 100% refund of the courier charges will be issued.
