Payment & Processing Policy

To begin the pallet reservation process, the first payment (service/processing fee) must be made in advance via online payment or banking transfer.

Only after the payment is received will the Sathi Team start coordination and cooperation with logistics and courier companies on your behalf.

If, after processing, no logistics or courier company is available for your requested pallet shipment, then:

Refund Policy (Service Fee)

Important Notice:

However, if none of the courier options we present are accepted by you, then:

  • Poland deliveries: 3–7 days, shipping charge  15 PLN.
