  • I understand that each additional service requires a separate order and fee.
  • I understand that this service does NOT include government, legal, courier,
    travel, notary, apostille, translation, or third-party charges.
  • I agree to pay any official or third-party costs separately if required.
  • I understand that this service does NOT guarantee issuance of any document
    or approval by any authority.
  • I understand that this company is NOT affiliated with any government office.

If my requested service is outside the coordination scope,
I understand that the service fee will be refunded.

Service Fee & Scope

Service Fee: €25 (per order)

This fee applies to:

  • ONE person
  • ONE  coordination task 
  • ONE time only

Each additional document, person, or task requires a separate order. This Cordination is Online Cordiantion


What Is NOT Included

The €25 service fee covers coordination only. The following are not included and will be charged separately if applicable:

  • Government or official fees
  • Travel costs
  • Courier or postal charges
  • Notary, apostille, or translation fees charged by third parties
  • Insurance or other third-party costs

These costs will be clearly communicated before proceeding.


How It Works

  1. Place an order for Document Coordination Service (€25)
  2. Select ONE required service during checkout
  3. Provide details (if requested)
  4. We confirm scope and inform you of any additional official costs
  5. Coordination work begins after confirmation

Refund Policy (Summary)

  • If your requested service is outside our coordination scope, the full service fee will be refunded.
  • If multiple services are written in one order, only ONE service will be processed.
  • No refund is issued once coordination work has started.

Shipping Policy

“At Sathi Marketplace, we ensure timely and safe delivery of your products.

  • Nepal deliveries: 2–5 days, free for orders above 500 NPR.

  • Poland deliveries: 3–7 days, shipping charge  15 PLN. 

  • All products are carefully packaged to avoid damage.

  • Tracking details will be shared via email and dashboard once the order is shipped.”

Refund Policy

“We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Refunds will be processed to your Sathi wallet or original payment method.

  • Only products purchased directly from your country’s store can be refunded. Cross-country purchases are automatically blocked.

  • To request a refund, please contact the vendor directly via the Chat / WhatsApp system on the store page.”

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

“Orders can be cancelled or returned under the following conditions:

  • Order Cancellation: Possible within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Returns & Exchanges: Accepted only for damaged or defective products.

  • Exchange requests will be processed after verification by the vendor.

  • All returns and exchanges must comply with vendor’s country-specific rules.

  • Please contact the vendor immediately for any cancellation, return, or exchange request using the store’s Chat / WhatsApp option.”
